New Success Criteria of WCAG 2.1 added to COMPARE repository

We have now included the new WCAG 2.1 Success Criteria in the COMPARE repository of web content cases so you can use these criteria when rating cases, and get a feel for how they apply.

As there are few published WCAG-Techniques yet for these criteria. There is a lot of uncertainty how evaluators should rate content against them.

We hope that the COMPARE repository will we useful for accessibility experts and evaluatirs to form a consensus opinion on what passes and what fails these new criteria. The ratings and comments can also provide feedback for the creation of new Techiques that will help developers create pages that conform to the latest version of WCAG.
